Returns Policy:

Returns must be sent via your country's postal service. On the Custom declaration. Please mark a value of $10 and STORE RETURN because we will be charge taxes on your return.
International returns with UPS or other couriers will be refused due to brokerage fees.
30-day return window; unused items in original packaging eligible.
Receipt or proof of purchase required for returns.
Original shipping cost will be deducted from refunds for items with free shipping.
Refunds processed within a certain timeframe; contact us if delayed.
Sale items not eligible for refund; exchanges for defective/damaged items only.
Gift returns receive gift credit; refunds issued to original purchaser otherwise.
Return shipping at customer's expense; consider trackable shipping for items over $75.
Returned Custom Order Dresses:
Original shipping cost will be deducted from refund if custom dress is returned without exchange.
Anti-wardrobing policy: Once anti wardrobing tag is removed the dress is not returnable.
