Returns & Exchanges Policy
Anti-Wardrobing Policy (Important)
To protect the integrity of our merchandise, any item with an anti-wardrobing tag removed is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. Please ensure you try items on carefully before removing this tag.
How to Start a Return
All returns must be authorized before being sent.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging, with all tags attached.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using trackable shipping for returns over $75, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
International Returns

Returns must be sent via your country’s postal service only.

On the customs declaration, please mark the package as “STORE RETURN” with a declared value of $10.

Returns sent via UPS or other courier services will be refused due to brokerage fees.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the return is received and inspected.

If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow adequate processing time for refunds. If your refund is delayed, contact us for assistance.
Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges are accepted only if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Gift Returns

Gift returns will receive store credit.

Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.
Custom Order Dresses

If a custom order dress is returned without an exchange, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
