BSU Skatewear® Pre-Order Information

Made to Order

Each BSU Skatewear® skating dress is individually crafted after your order is placed. Every dress is made specifically for the customer with exceptional attention to quality and craftsmanship.

Production Time

Please allow up to 8 weeks for production. Production begins once all required order information has been received.

Custom Sizing

Custom sizing is available. We strongly recommend submitting a complete set of body measurements to ensure the best possible fit. Dresses ordered using customer measurements are individually made for the skater and cannot be resold.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of being placed.

After 48 hours, but before production has commenced, a 15% cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative, design, and payment processing costs.

Once production has commenced, all pre-order dresses are FINAL SALE and cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

All pre-order dresses purchased without customer measurements are considered FINAL SALE. These dresses are not eligible for a refund. At the sole discretion of Boutique Step Up, store credit may be offered if the dress is returned in accordance with our return requirements.

Pre-order dresses purchased with customer measurements are custom-made specifically for the individual skater and are FINAL SALE once production has commenced. These dresses are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit, except in the event of a verified manufacturing defect.

Shipping

All BSU Skatewear® pre-order dresses are shipped from Boutique Step Up in Greater Sudbury, Ontario, Canada.

You will receive an email confirmation once production begins. Please ensure your email address is correct to receive important production updates.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

International Orders

Customers shipping outside Canada are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, tariffs, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer.

Boutique Step Up is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for any additional fees charged by the destination country's customs authorities.

Seasonal Notice

BSU Skatewear® does not accept pre-orders from November 1 through February 1 due to peak competition season and high production volume. Please plan your order well in advance.
